RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We hope you fall head-over-heels for every product you purchase but if it doesn’t spark joy, here’s how we handle returns.
Return Window

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as it’s unused and in its original condition.

Basically: if it looks like it just came off my shelf, we’re good. If it looks like it’s survived a book boyfriend meltdown… maybe not so much.
Partial Refunds May Apply If:

Books show obvious signs of use (aka loved a little too hard)

Items aren’t in their original condition, or are missing parts not due to our error

Items are returned after 30 days
Refund Process

Once your return arrives, we’ll send you an email to confirm whether it’s been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

If not approved, we’ll let you know why (no ghosting here).
Missing a Refund?

First, check your bank or credit card statement (sometimes it hides).

Then contact your bank or card provider—it may take a little time to show up.
