RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We hope you fall head-over-heels for every product you purchase but if it doesn’t spark joy, here’s how we handle returns.

 

Return Window

  • You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as it’s unused and in its original condition.

  • Basically: if it looks like it just came off my shelf, we’re good. If it looks like it’s survived a book boyfriend meltdown… maybe not so much.

Partial Refunds May Apply If:

  • Books show obvious signs of use (aka loved a little too hard)

  • Items aren’t in their original condition, or are missing parts not due to our error

  • Items are returned after 30 days

Refund Process

  • Once your return arrives, we’ll send you an email to confirm whether it’s been approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

  • If not approved, we’ll let you know why (no ghosting here).

Missing a Refund?

  • First, check your bank or credit card statement (sometimes it hides).

  • Then contact your bank or card provider—it may take a little time to show up.

  • Still nothing? Email me directly at cjwellesauthor@hotmail.com and I’ll help track it down.
